I haven't checked in a few weeks, I've been sooo busy. I'm happy to still be inching downward even if it's slower than before. What's not reflected in these numbers is that my body fat % is also down 1.5 points, yay!

67,4 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 11,1 kg.    Aún para ir: 8,4 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
