i have a pretty good routing going, especially in terms of what i eat, when, etc and the pounds are slowly coming off. i fit into a shirt today that i couldn't wear when my wife initially bought if for me last month. . . that made for a great start to the day! we have a huge company party tonight, so i need to be careful when it comes to the food there, but since martini olives are low in carbs, i should be ok!
