Feeling better today, and actually got a workout in this morning, but then ruined it with a slice of pizza and a piece of birthday cake this afternoon. Oops!! I really need to get to the store for healthy foods, but have been so busy this week and living on leftovers. I'm vowing to make a big change with my eating next week. I am going for a 1 lb. loss next week. I want to be in the 120's by December, and only a couple of months to go.
