Hello everyone I haven't been doing well on my program for 3 months now. Getting back on the wagon before the holidays before I put on too much weight
96,5 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 6,4 kg.    Aún para ir: 19,4 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.

Glad to hear that your back Dialla!!! Just stay focused on going forward and try to figure out what led you to get off track so that you can eliminate those obstacles from this point on.
