Slow progress is still progress. I'm happy with it. Hope everyone had a great New Years and looking forward to completing our goals in 2016!

That's almost a pound down which is NOT slow progress in my book and certainly not during this challenging time of year when many of us are seeing that arrow move in the opposite direction -- well done!!

Please don't forget sometimes the positive results comes when we use a tape measure instead of stepping on the scale I wish I had thought to get my initial measurements all I know is that I've gone through three belts now so even when I reach those plateaus I don't lose confidence and I try to remember that the body's trying to do things in a strange way
