Lift your head high because you had the courage to return!!!  

You're not the only one. Join the club and glad to see you.

Lots of us in the same boat! 

we have all been there.. ive been back 3 times now.. please dont give up!! you got this !!  

ok stop, shake it off, and return with your head held high. we all gain and lose on this path but being willing to be on the path is a victory in and of its self. hug yaself and be proud. you can do this 

Don't hang your head! We've all either been there, or are there, as in my case. Remember its a new day! You can do it. 

I've been losing and gaining back all of my adult life. It happens all the time. The wonderful thing is you're back. You can do this! 

No reason to ever hang your head just look in the mirror and making a bigger commitment to trying to get to your goal but make the goals reasonable short term goals do a little at a time one step at a time 

No head hanging and tail tucking! You are here and ready to do what is needed to move toward your goals. Leave the past in the past. Today is bright and holds many opportunities.
