Silly scale, the crazy things you do. Some days you're up, some days you're down. I'm not gonna complain. Certainly happy to see the scale move the way I wanted to.
74,7 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 13,3 kg.    Aún para ir: 4,4 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.

That's why I'm only going to weigh myself once a week so I don't get discouraged by the ups and down of the scale.

I generally know which way I'm going to go. I do 5:2 fasting, and weight goes up and down all the time. I usually only log it once a week, though, and take an average over two or three days. It's the trend that's important, not the daily weights.

Congrats on seeing that scale move. Sometimes mine seems to get stuck!

I wish mine would get stuck. It keeps going up! But I just found this site and am determined to lose weight.

Thank you all for your great comments! Some made me laugh, some made me smile, and I'm just all confused about the fasting 5:2 stuff. I've fasted in the past, but not sure if it's the same thing. Either way, happy for a successful weigh in! I'll probably move toward a weekly weigh in. Besides, the weight chart seems to get a bit cluttered when you record your weight daily. Need to spread it out a bit. Cheers to all, here's to stuck scales!

i weigh every morn to see what the different things i eat effects me i normally only go up a pound or stay the same about 1 time a week it drops a pound
