Diario de Jennylinda, 21 dic. 09

I decided to join the gym. I've been twice so far, and I have my fitness assessment today. I'm not sure what to expect but I'm hoping they'll give me some adivce on what to do to lose the weight. I also hope they'll show me how to use some of the strength training machines. I've been doing cardio for the past couple days and I feel great. The only bummer is that I weighed myself there and it turns out I weigh more than the scale tells me at home. :(
