Diario de Saige18, 20 ene. 16

Since being back at work my eating habits is much much better, I still eat a lot of fruit due to my sugar cravings that I have due to the festive holidays, I will slowly cut the fruit as well and add more vegs , luckily I have not used artificial sugars yet. I must say I feel much better than about 8 days ago , almost at goal weight again . My training is also going great, weight training 3 times a week even if it’s just using the dumbbells in aerobics class, cycling did 85km and 79km so far over the weekends and after weights I will do 10km on my trainer during the week that’s about 20km in the week extra. I can happily say I’m active at least 5 days a week and can feel the fitness level is slowly getting there again. I would really like to move my fitness up to another level, maybe do a triathlon or a bodybuilding Com , something different this year , well let’s see what the new year has in store for me , maybe a new Baby . LOL
57,5 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 1,5 kg.    Aún para ir: 0,5 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.

thank you girls, Bren c , the sexy part you make me blush .. I must just get this tummy away , I feel like a skinny fat person , want to tone up alot still but with cycling its like the cardio burns away all my little muscles .:-)
