I'm at a point where I'm trying my best to maintain. my weight loss. My weight keeps fluctuating 5 pounds. With the help of God almighty I', determined to get under my goal weight by 5 pounds 135 then I won't mind if it fluctuates. I have set up a routine to work out on the bike every morning for 30 minutes. With God's help I can do this.
