Hooray, week two and I lost another 2 pound. I am eating too many carbs but it is working for me so I am going to stick to this diet. Calorie counting. Will change the foods and exercise more when I start to plateau.

Yes Rckc, I know I am eating too many carbs but as said will change it if it stops working for me. Looking at your history on this site you have done so well . I am very impressed.
