Hi mamma!! How are you feeling? Been thinking of you, hope you are still going. Sometimes it's really hard, and you feel like throwing in the towel... But don't give up. Have your cheat day or meal or whatever gets you through but don't worry about it and move ahead. Weight loss is a real challenge. The weight loss industry in Australia is worth billions of dollars. Loads of people are trying desperately to do what you and I are here for. Let's motivate each other and we will be ok. I have 1.5 kgs to go to get to this months goal. It's that time for me so not entirely sure I'll manage to get there, but I'll do my best

Sarafiennes, that is such a nice thing to say 😊 I have struggled with my weight since I was 13. It's really difficult and we should support each other because at the end of the day, we are all in this together. Hope you are well and keeping positive too 😌
