Keep up the great work! Stay on Phase one for as long as you can without wanting to cheet! My Dr. only wanted me to stay on it for 3 weeks max because of the restriction on the varity of foods! How ever she did say that you can always go back to phase one at any time if you feel like the weight is not coming off as easily or it has slowed down too much! I wish you continued success!
