I know what you mean about too much water weight. I can easily go up 5 pounds in a 24 hour period if I consume large amounts of salt or msg (in most Chineese food) and alcohol. I do like the diuretic effect of the cranwater too! I've tried the following recipies from the FF cookbook and they were excellent: Super Smoothie (omit cranberries and add 1/4 cup more fruit), Fat Flush spaghetti (I double recipie and omit the stevia for a zestier sauce), Zucchini and Beef delight, Mushroom Chili, and Limey Chicken. The Chicken and Dill was okay but bland. The best part is that the whole family liked these recipies as well. I also make the Stir Fry recipie that is in the FF book and tried the Savory Spaghetti squash one in there too (not bad). Let me know if you would like me to post any of these if you don't have the cookbook.
