Wow! Finally got to my goal weight, this puts me at the upper end of a healthy BMI for the first time since I was a teenager. Now I need to decide if I want to take it any lower, for at least a little while I will savour the victory of getting to goal. I have lost 101lbs and I've gone down from a 50" waist to 30". I've gone down 101lbs in 7.5 years
