Celebrated my 10th wedding anniversary out of town. I know it can be difficult to eat healthy when you live in a hotel, so I made sure we found a hotel with a refrigerator and stove. Unfortunately, we didn't use them much. We were just too busy having fun that we kept buying quick meals. I did my best to eat healthy. I skipped a few meals and walked quite a bit. When we returned home I had lost a pound, but then I gained the one back plus three more. I may have been dehydrated and now that I'm back to my normal routine and hydrated, I have the extra pounds. I'm not going to sweat it. I'm going to keep going with my ultimate goal. I know I will make it. I've done it before.
