Diario de exumfats, 21 feb. 16

I gained a pound, I've been sick the last week. Not really eaten anything I shouldn't, just no exercise. Felt like I didn't want to move. I began getting back on track yesterday. Didn't feel like it, but walked a mile, & did a few weight exercises. Afterward I felt better, so I'm planning on getting back on track, can't give up. Hope everyone has a great week.
91,2 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 33,6 kg.    Aún para ir: 2,7 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
