Diario de Saige18, 24 feb. 16

The past 2 days was just too much for me , my hormones was all around , felt, tired, drained , started feeling better today.
So on Monday I was on my lowest weight (55.9kg) for the new year , but yesterday all went downhill, I had a whole slab (dark chocolate) 6 blocks after bfast and the rest after lunch , my food intake was clean but if you put that into carbs and Klj it was a lot , I craved chips like crazy and settled for grapes instead , I didn’t feel like having proper food, like protein but had muesli for dinner and yogurt. Like I said I didn’t feel myself I wanted to skip aerobics class, but felt better after I have done the class.
Hope to feel much better and positive the rest of the week

hey, dont beat your self up tooooo much because of 1 day. us gals need those days every now and then. us gals have them then get up, dust ourselves off and move on because we are awesome!! you can do this!! xoxoxo

Hi Black bee , yes im much better , had a bad weekend but luckily my weigh in is only on Wednesday so I can do some damage control how you doing ?
