Well, that's a surprise. Like that new song - "I wasn't expecting that" - but I'll take it anyway!! Not sure if it is a true indication as I didn't eat as much yesterday and had a long sleep for a change so we'll see how I go next week. Maybe I forgot to stand on the scales with both legs??
