Worked out for an hour every day this week so that felt good. Ate properly for only 3 days though. Will try to improve that next week, but of course the weekend is looming and bad habits die very slowly.

Great stuff Nikina70 on working out everyday 👏👏 3/7 days of eating well is a good start...am sure next week will be even better.LOL about weekends,can totally relate...just remember that you can't out train a bad diet.All the best and hope you have a fab weekend😀

Thanks nicki225 - hope you're having a fab weekend too! Too true that you can't out training a bad diet. I need to get my eating in check more consistently.
