Ditto Ditto Ditto to what you said. But we've got to eat so managing the addictive relationship is essential. For me planning and moderation is the key. Weekends are tougher (for me) since I'm off work and the time is less structured. Hang in there with it, make it a good week!

THANKS EVERYONE! I cannot stress enough how helpful and supportive on here people are. it makes it harder to quit and give up, puts a little voice in my head that says "you are not alone, you are not the only one struggling. you are fortunate to be where you are today, dont give up
