The downward trend continues. I am trying really hard to moderate my portions of "normal food" when I go to stuff on the weekends--out to breakfast, bonfire/hayrides, etc. I have some success with that--still not doing it perfect, but better than totally losing complete control.
78,2 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 3,0 kg.    Aún para ir: 14,7 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.

Hey - slow and stead really does win this race! My bottomline goal for each week is just that no matter what I didn't have a gain. that means that even if I just maintained that week I am allowed to celebrate!! I even made a paper countdown chain - like kids make at christmastime - with the numbers 135 (goal weight) - 171 (starting weight) and each time I weigh in I tear off the numbers that I have lost and throw them in the garbage because I will never see them again! My girls love to help me do this and so it's an added motivator to make sure that I reach the next number each week...
