Post surgery has been a little strange to me to be permantely altered. I know my health gave me little choice. I am thankful GOD brought me thru and the suport I have received on FatSecret it is awesome. thank you all. Im back at the YMCA doing water walking and some water arobics. 3 x a week. So doing well doc apt the 23rd.
