Not sure how this happened. I worked out hard yesterday but I also ended my night with a midnight meal of apple pie and ice cream. I think I have to realize that despite conventional wisdom, what my body REALLY reacts best do is hard ass work and conscious eating with back loaded carbs. Go figure...
