Extra pounds yesterday must have been H20 but will weigh in a couple of times today. Day off today so will work hard at the gym on cardio and weights. Does Whey protein really work after the workout?

No..... If you are a body builder the Kerotin is needed. But if you are working out to lose weight.....there is very little value for us. IF you want a recovery, drink a glass of chocolate milk. Soy or wheat based are not good for our system. We are working out to deplete that bad carbs and wasted proteins in the body. On work out days just have a good dinner.....and rest while the muscles take the bad shit out.
