seem to be stuck. maybe need a change up . been eating pretty much the same stuff for a while. want to keep hflc diet but maybe different .had scrambled eggscooked in butter with some fried onions today, now i have a stomach ache. hmmm
blaa after looking at my food list; i ate TOO much. no wonder i have a belly ache

Have you considered simply staying the course? I may be missing it, but your data does not appear to indicate that you are stuck.

Uhhh, I am going to go ahead here and AGREE with Jimmie. I would not change anything. If you feel you are stalling, I would just try throwing Intermittent fasting in the mix. Try 16 hours a day for 7 days. That will break you through any homeostasis and get the bar dropping again.

Eggs now bother me - so I've been switching it up with mashed avocado with some EVOO and seasoning and using crisp bacon as dippers.

We must be stuck on the same island. So frustrating but just look at your weigh in chart...AMAZING!!! Just keep doing what you're doing : )
