Haven't been on in a bajillion years! I guess I've been ignoring my weight and hoping it will just melt away on it's own, but when I weighed today, noticed I gained quite a bit back, I'm not working right now, (looking) and you would think that since I basically have from 8am to 3pm daily, while the kids are in school, I would be a fitness buff! Quite the contrary, I've gained, yikes,,,,,nnnnoooooooooo! Over the last few days, I've been going on about 2-3 10 minute walks each. I am just amazed at how out of shape I am, even running up and down the stairs to do laundry and I'm breathing heavy! This just plain sucks!! :)
