well I fell off the ban wagon about 3 weeks ago I went back up 204.4 lbs . so staring back now on june first I weigh in at 204.4 pounds. I started back going to physical therapy and seeing a dietician to see where I went wrong at.now seven days later of eating clean and healthy I lost 6 pounds. i am now at 198.8
