It's been quite a few weeks since my last entry, weight loss stalled and went up and down like a yo-yo. Even up over a kg at one stage. I'm putting it down to having a series of hospital tests - been poked and prodded a lot lately. Appears I do need some treatment but I've not really deviated from my diet much, well not a lot, well the occasional biscuit . . or two or . . . and . . . . Anyway hopefully now back on course! Having my yearly health review at the docs in a couple of weeks so I'll be getting the "official" weigh-in then. Can't wait!
