Diario de clippedinMOM, 21 ene. 10

Ok, so I see that my body does not tolerate 2 things on this diet. First, it seems that eating beef calls a weight stall and maybe even a gain. Second, the handful of pistachios that I ate threw stuff off as well.

I had 2 days of significant loss then today with just 1/2 a pound gain. Still learning how to do all this.

Steak does the same for me!! I only eat it if I reaaally need a change. Seafood always helps my next day's loss.
