I lost a pound so I guess that is pretty good- now the challenge is to keep it off during the holidays. I am not being very strict but I'm trying to watch. I know come January 2nd I'll be back on it like I always am. Hopefully, this time it's for life :)

Keep it up girl!! A pound is a pound and next week it might be another! Holidays is a time to enjoy. I know I will sway from my normal, but I will try to limit my portions and think about what/how much I am putting in my mouth!
