Weighed in today..didn't do to bad...lost .6 i am ok with this...small steps thats what its all about...

72,3 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 8,0 kg. Aún para ir: 7,0 kg. Dieta seguida: Bien.

Perdiendo 0,3 kg a la Semana
