well i'm going to try this fat fast. not sure if i can do it. started off the day with bullet proof tea as coffee maker broke. it's not new. now have to go out and get a replacement. going out shopping is always dangerous for me. i always come home with more than i planned.

inuit lived on fat (blubber) for centuries and did quite well. no vegi there. people get fat being sedintary and eating junk food. no walking lots of sitting
