Im happy about my 3lb loss this week. Especially after that 1lb gain last week. Seeing the scale go down diffinatly keeps me motivated! :)

139,5 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 19,3 kg. Aún para ir: 57,8 kg. Dieta seguida: Bien.

Perdiendo 1,4 kg a la Semana
