Not sure why there was a gain in weight. Kept my calories down (below 1300), but not below 1000, and my activities have been about the same, so even if I did nothing at all (exercise-wise) I should have at least held steady. Can only figure that I need to pay more attention to when my body is truly hungry and eat something healthy when that happens...not just go without. That seemed to be the only difference. Could also be some water retention or other factor that tends to fluctuate and will change in a few days. Will continue on course, though!
