went out to a great restaurant last friday and ate a 'regular' meal which i don't regret at all! also had some dessert last night, yet i still netted being a pound less for the week, so that is nice. i'm finding that i am not losing weight as fast as the first time i did atkins, but i feel like i am not being as strict about it. the weight is coming off slowly, but i think i will have an easier time keeping it off!
