Low cal intake yesterday but I was never really that hungry. Stayed busy outside all day edging my folks yard and their neighbors then coming home to cut my yard and 3 of my neighbors before dark. Not that hard on a lawn tractor but it was high 80's so sweating a lot. I stayed hydrated but I must have been retaining fluid as I was up at least 4 times last night to empty the bladder. Thus why I chose to weigh this morning... I knew it would be reflected on the scale and what better way to start the day than with a drop in the scale ! Time for a run before church.
