Worked on making sure I did not get too hungry yesterday. Had a serving of homemade pepperoni french bread pizza for dinner & a little bowl of fat-free yogurt with blueberries for dessert. Will see how it goes. Might have just been water weight or something, too. May post my weight daily to see if I can find a pattern.
