My blood pressure and blood sugar are high despite my increased exercise and weight loss. Taking an additional half Atenolol in a.m. plus usual one whoLe 50 mg in p.m. only reduces blood pressure by 10 points. Infection? Knee is hurting again although I've been assured it does not have structural damage.The first ten lbs was from stopping meloxicam and stringent dieting has helped me to lose two of those lbs. I've also been barely able to raise a bead of blood to do blood tests. I'm taking a whole aspirin now until that gets better. I do eat a lot of green veggies, cabbage, broccoli, etc. Could it be a raised clotting factor??

But I still am at 191 lbs on a 5 ft 3 frame. Ovrweight can be a strong factor.I ate some sausage at 9:20. Taking blood sugar at noon. This morning I was 145 after a very lean day calories wise yesterday, taking a full glipizide last night as well as two metforman. NOT ENOUGH EXerise, despite [lantar fasciitis, I NEED TO TAKE AWALK AT NIGHT.
