I had hoped to end the month at 190. I am close to that. 190.5. I know that I had a few setbacks during the month. Weekends are really hard to stay on plan.
Tonight is date night with hubby. I am doing my research now to see where we are going to go and planning on what I will order.
Round 2 will start on Monday - Feb.1. I have learned a lot from this past month. I am looking forward to another month on HCG. I don't see this as a burden or a hiatus from eating. I see this as doing something MONUMENTAL that will change my life forever.
