ever since I started doing physical therapy and now they have me doing some light weights . the scale is not moving downward. I still take in any where from 1200 to 1400 calories a day. I don't know what is causing me to plateau. any suggestions. I do notice my clothes fit me better ,I do now see an hour glass figure when I put on tops, dresses. my thighs are a lot toner than before. any suggestions?"

Walk 3 miles everyday. Works for me...3 to 6 even better.

muscle weighs a lot more then fat, so your body IS improving even if you are not currently loosing weight
