Very stressed at the moment so comfort eating a little but I am doing a class at the gym every night - hopefully everything will get better soon :) trying to think positive thoughts but its difficult.

We've all done it. Hubby wasn't well so I did more comfort eating as I felt sorry for myself.
Come on.. you have time to lose a few pounds before Xmas. What did I really say X....😱Bah humbug. All the best
