Diario de Maria Richards, 21 oct. 16

Well I'm back to 10 stone, but just a 1 lb gain for virtually 2 weeks holiday ain't bad going - I am very pleased with that.

Came home Monday night and back on track as of Tuesday, and weighed today. I confess to a choc feast on Monday night though, it didn't agree with me, actually felt a bit nauseous, which maybe is no bad thing methinks!

Points score approx 14 for Challenge this week.
63,5 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 8,2 kg.    Aún para ir: 6,4 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.

I kept within my RDI on 5 days, plus load and loads of walking, 2 - 3 hrs most days all level. Plus I didn't weigh immediately I got home, waited 3 days (my usual weigh in day is a Friday - my excuse!!) :)

Great result - you don't even need to think of it as delaying the end - it is much more like having a little taste of the end ahead of time - living happily and eating happily and not gaining heaps of weight during - tick. practice session over.
