I just can't catch a break... now I feel like I am going to get my time of month.. wicked cramps, lord, I am 53 for gods sake... I am so done with this crap.

For me it got worse right before I went into the change. Wicked cramps and heavy flow. Maybe this means you don't have many more months to go through this. Hot flashes are no fun, but they beat the monthlies!
