I'm recording today because I need an accomplishment right now. I need to start celebrating every small accomplishment because I'm worth it. I work for it, and I totally deserve it.

I probably sound a little like a loon right now, and I guess I kind of sort of feel like one. I made a decision Wednesday night that has changed my future completely. I'll post more on that later.

Right now, I'm good.

Pretty you tease you!! Let us know more!! I don't know if you read my journal but I am a BIG believer on small goals and lots of rewards, because I am so worth it too!!! Glad to see you smiling and yes that huge drop on your scale definitely deserves a reward :)

Wow... the hard work does pay off! Keep rewarding yourself! I think I positive vibes are infectious! :) I can just picture you smiling like I was on the scale the other day! No matter how big or how small celebrate those results!! :) Congrats! It feels great, doesn't it?

Absolutely curly! Tracy, I will go into more detail at another time.. I just can't get into it today. Most people wouldn't exactly consider it a great thing.. It is good for me though. :)
