Diario de spencerhastingss, 16 nov. 16

It's "that time of the month" for the first time in 10 months... With the constant stress of school and my weight I average 2-3 periods per year and not having eaten any meat for 6 weeks I can say I've never felt so DRAINED in my life. I would eat something more but feeling too sick to at the moment... At least my weight dropped I guess, hope all are feeling better than I am!! x
44,2 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 5,8 kg.    Aún para ir: 0,2 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.

You poor thing. My daughter is vego and she has a Magnesium Forte tablet 400mg and a Mega Vitamin B Executive every morning. It has made her periods alot better, both pain level and energy. She is not a big tablet taker, but makes sure that these go in every day. Hop you feel better.
