Breakfast atkins bar, coffee w cream, lunch salad w chicken, dinner, ceasar salad w small steak, glass cabernet.
I think I have arrived at the amount of food and exercise that will allow me to maintain my weight--my goal for this 6 weeks. I have not measured or weighed anything-just avoided certain foods. I have eaten until I wasn't hungry--stopping when full, had wine when I felt like it (this 6 wks), I rarely snack between meals--too busy--unless I am ravenously hungry--then I grab some smoked and salted almonds.
What I don't have is any wiggle room. I doubt that changing what I do for a couple of days would change my weight quickly but I don't know that. I don't really feel like giving up anything I do or working out any longer, more frequently or harder--so perhaps I'm 'there'. Why don't I feel settled?
