Well i lost 1.5lbs this week. I need to lose at least 1 more pound next week to meet the thanksgiving goal i set for myself.

138,3 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 20,4 kg. Aún para ir: 56,7 kg. Dieta seguida: Bien.

Perdiendo 0,7 kg a la Semana
