this is last week's weigh in forgot to record it ...am not fully sure my scales work properly because my weight seems to fluctuate quite a lot !!!

85,7 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 8,6 kg. Aún para ir: 9,5 kg. Dieta seguida: Bien.

I feel that. My weight has been known to fluctuate as much as 5lb in any 24 hour period! That is why I use the industrial scales at work - that and I don't have one level floor at home. That weight will come off quickly enough, keep at it!

Fear not, it's more common than you might think for bodies to fluctuate! But for what it's worth, some scales seem more sensitive to how you stand on them (for instance, if your centre of gravity is particularly forward, or back, it can cause a variation in the result). So if you haven't already checked for that with yours, it can't hurt to be sure it's not wobbling in response to how you might stand one day vs another.
