I just got back from my dr. appt and I am officially down 53 lbs. since i had my son 10 months ago. And 32 lbs lost since i started on SB here on Fatsecret back in June. I am so happy. Now I have about 30 more to go!! Oh and by the way, the scales at the dr are so much better. I weighed less on them fully clothed than I do at home in my birthday suit. But i am sticking to the weight on my scales.

85,0 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 9,8 kg. Aún para ir: 12,5 kg. Dieta seguida: Bien.
